Here is a collection of illustrations I created on my own time. I believe having something that you can invest your time in that is separate from working is essential and healthy. Most of us know this familiar line from The Shining by Stephen King: “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.” Without time off form work, we may feel unmotivated, overwhelmed, and uninspired. This can ultimately lead to frustration, boredom, or inefficiency.
Therefore, stepping away from work and doing something you enjoy leisurely can help you develop a more positive mindset, and you may even be picking up a new skill without realizing how that can be useful in the long run!
